In fact, one of the most highly anticipated films left to premiere in 2022, Vikram Vedha, is on course to be the 17th highest-grossing Indian production in history – with all but three of those films being released in the last five years.

The upcoming 2022 reimagining of Vikram Vedha is a Hindi-language neo-noir action thriller and is a remake of director duo Pushkar-Gayathri’s 2017 Tamil movie of the same name.

Talking about the Hindi version, it revolves around the story of a tough cop, Saif AKA Vikram, who is out to track down and kill a gangster, Hrithik AKA Vedha. The film promises to be much more than a cat-and-mouse chase.
